Description of Service Options:

Phone Service

Failures are determined to be "field correctable" WITHOUT repair or service. This includes electronic lock programming support and general questions. No additional services needed.

Delivery Service

The failure IS NOT "field correctable" AND MUST be sent to a StockBridge service facility. This method ONLY applies to the StockBridge Lock "Assembly" which is pre-mounted onto a back plate prior to insertion into the cabinet door. Please feel free to contact StockBridge for further details. Additional clarification may be found on the "Products" page within this site to assist in determining the correct model.

On-Site Repair

The failure CAN ONLY be corrected through On-Site Repair with a factory authorized service company. This type of service primarily applies to the products installed directly onto the enclosure door. The service call will be coordinated with the repair site and must be include a purchase order prior to dispatch. The StockBridge Representative will provide additional details during the evaluation process.

After Hours Support

A StockBridge Representative is available 24 Hours a day to assist you with potential product support issues. Please call 1-866-342-5036 for support after normal business hours. In the event a representative in not available, please leave your name, company name, telephone number and time of call. Messages are checked hourly and a StockBridge representative will return your call promptly.

Product Returns

A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required PRIOR to returning any product to StockBridge for repair. To obtain an RMA number contact StockBridge Industries through one of the methods stated above. Please be prepared to review the "Service Information" with the StockBridge Representative. Any material returned without prior authorization will be refused.
